[Tutorial 00/04]Sitting meditation

This is the easiest practice, but the explanation is also the hardest. You have to read the previous tutorial 01, 02 and 03 about the pendulum, body and mind dowsing. Well, it is hard if you don't like reading. However, it is never the less due to your interest.
The practice:
0) Find a safe, clean and uninterrupted place to sit. Like on your bed. It is best after you take a bath.
1) Sit comfort with your leg crossed. The sitting pose doesn't really matter, except for the part that you have to sit in fully relaxed, where you head and back freely hanging down, that is, your body weight is sitting freely but is just about supported by your body mass center, without falling apart. So, just adjust your sitting pose until your body is stilled sit and fully relaxed.
2) Mentally focused and that's all. If you stay focus, your body will readjust your pose by itself, also your breathing and other alignments. 
3) Continue to focus. Until your body is fully relaxed again, back to the relaxed sitting pose at the beginning. However, your body may have changed the pose so it is not to return to the sitting pose at the beginning, but the relaxed part. 
4) If something interferes you during the meditation. Return your mental focus back to your body, let the body finishes its movement until it stops and fully relaxed. Try to think if your body has finished stopping the meditation by feeling if there is no more spontaneous body movement. 
That's all.
The important thing here is just about your mental focus. 
There are so many methods of sitting meditation, such as relaxing breathing, visualization technique, chanting, channeling energy of some sort etc.
All of the tutorials here have been emphasize on one thing: Mental focus. To say, without mental focus, it wouldn't be called as meditation anymore. If one is trying to focus on something, the thing will affect your mind, influences you on whatever you are focusing at. When you focus on a pendulum, it creates random movement or you psychokinetically move the pendulum, which are processes of energy transform from mind to matter. So when you focus at yourself, your body will move randomly but the most important part here is this creates energy at your body and this is how meditation fundamentally works. 
There are a lot of feelings that can occur during meditation, which can be summarized as below:
1) Random thoughts: Some methods of meditation intend to focus on removing the random thoughts, some try to avoid the random thoughts by focusing on some other good thoughts. However, to purely not to disturb the mind, is to simply keep on focus and do nothing about the random thoughts. 
2) Feelings, movements, wearing, interferences due to body: Unlike random thoughts, the feeling from body cannot be nullified. No matter how hard you keep focus, your body is still there and giving you feedback on how it feels. For issue like mosquito, hot or cold weather, peoples around, solve these external factors first before you start meditation. While mentally focused, ignores how your body feels. If your body always want to meditate naked, just unwear your cloth before you start. 
3) The relation between consciousness center and mass center with mental focus: There are two types of psychokinesis when mentally focusing on a pendulum: the first is random movements of the pendulum when being focused at mass center, and the another is intended psychokinesis movement by mind. These are actually the derivations of the standing and sleeping of meditations. The difference between focusing on a pendulum and during the meditations is, the first is to focus at mass center of the pendulum and the later is to focus on consciousness center on self. During standing meditation, it is to focus at a static consciousness center, which is analogous to focus at the mass center of a pendulum to create random movements. During sleeping meditation, it is to focus on a moving consciousness center, which is analogous to focus at the pendulum to move it psychokinetically. In case of sitting meditation, it is a combination of both standing and sleeping meditations. However, it is contrary to combine both standing and sleeping meditations because one focus on static consciousness center while another on moving. This contrary is the same with the focusing on the pendulum, where it is either the mental focus on a static mass center or psychokinetically push the mass center of pendulum. Thus, this derives the way of mental focus on the sitting meditation, which is not on a static consciousness center nor a moving one but just plain nothing.
That's all.
The important thing here, like the rest of the tutorials, is mental focus.

Sitting meditation is the simplest among all of the methods. However it does not have any usefulness such to connect with spirit. It simply trains mind and work with energy of body.

Story of my dragon past...

Hi, I am Jelly the dragon, fruity flavored... well I mean I am a vegan as a dragon. Still eat various food as human because of society.
Although I am a vegan dragon, I preserve a carnivorous form due to my past as a beast. I am originally a mindless beast, or I have push myself to become one due to my past. I am raised to a conscience by my handler, although I am not having my collar now, which I keep it in my treasure chest and sometime wear it to remind who I am. 
I am still looking for my handler, I dunno where has he gone... 
My handler is not with me now because I have to be independent, but most of the time I tend to be a jerk playing around like a pet animal. Beside my collar, I have saddle too, and it is in my treasure chest too. 

Story about my past...
I killed and destroyed meself, because back then having a conscience was too much for me. 
There have been saying that evil shall descend to hell because of the negativity they do.  Even now the situation is nearly the same, people wishes evil to cease by letting them destroying among themselves, so that in the end, people who has stayed clean, do not commit any negativity, will ascend and go to heaven.
I understood very well about that, however, I chose evil...
Because in my heart, it didn't felt right to abonden those who had left behind. To me, to ascend to heaven meant betrayal.
Although I had kept my promise to sleep with the fallen, but that was my fault too to kill those wished to  rise and live happyly ever after, I forced the light to curse and betrayed me, destroyed everyone who I had loved the most in order to make myself to be fallen. Even after that there were some who understood me and tried to bring me back, I created a curse that "Those who tries to help me shall be death", I teared apart the light and darkness.
My voices had lied the mind of my closest, my fangs had poisoned the body of my dearest, my claws had stained by blood of my firendiest and my jaws had crushed the bones of my worthiest. If there was anything that can lead me to the deepest abyst I did the worst.

Now, I can read the prophets whom claim to be unconditionally loving but are actually not serving the darkness. Such drama is still going on and on right now, but I am not interested in it anymore. All I can say is that these prophets will still ascend and live in their heaven, but they can never influence anyone that has kept silence to not interfere what these prophets are doings. I stay with the silences and know what they truly are which they don't even have to explain themselves for them to get known. This is what a true heart can read. 
The exact same thing happened to me of how my handler raised me. When I was the deepest abyst, talking would never worked on me, only action did. I was feed, cleaned and pet for no reason, because I would kill anyone who did the love thing. I was at the most selfish state to claim everything that had gave to me even it was intentionally free. There was not payback to serve me until one day I admitted that it was enough for me to be loved unconditionally in that way. I had to remove the curse I made...
At the same time, I had to stop the to be feed, to be clean and be pet thing, it feels good, but I have to carry my responsibility.

[Tutorial 03] Spiritual Practices on kriya yoga / spontaneous qiong and astral projection

Kriya yoga / Spontaneous qigong and astral projection

The standing and sleeping mental focus practices are actually known as kriya yoga or spontaneous qigong and astral projection.
I separate this part from above to make the tutorial easier.
There are a few steps from below that seemingly impossible. If they are confusing you, skip them and just follow the tutorial above. When your body has adapted the practices in the tutorial, you can do it without thinking, then you are ready for complicated practices. Most of the time this is because our brain tends to confuse and the body confuses as well. Learn the simpler method, your brain will be cleared and your body will adopt well.
Kriya yoga / Spontaneous qigong:

Follow the steps in the standing mental focus practice, with the following notices:
1) You have to mentally focus on your consciousness center until your body stops and your consciousness center disappears. After that, reconfirms by asking your spirit if it has finished.
2) If you get interruption and have to quit, think to shut your consciousness center down, let your body stops and your consciousness center disappears. Reconfirm by asking your spirit if it has finished.
3) Sometime your body (spirit) doesn’t want to practice. In this case you are unable make the body moves by itself and unable to feel your consciousness center. Ask your spirit and it will say it doesn’t want to practice.
4) Let your body do whatever it wants. However, it will be limited to the environment around you. It is impossible to have a fully non-interference environment because the environment always changes. You have to be responsible at yourself, be aware of safety, health and moral.
5) If random thoughts appear, focus the thoughts at consciousness center and they will dissapeared there.
6) You can try to mentally communicate with your spirit during the practice, but you have to focus at consciousness center to do it or else there will be more random thoughts.
Extra tips:
1) You can ask your spirit to plan on where and when to practice.
2) Your own room has advantages on safety and health.
3) It is better to practice after bath. Safe and clean.
4) Nature has better energy for the practice.
Grounding: Mentally focus on your body’s mass center
In metaphysics or spirituality, there is a kind of theory that suggests the energy source of the body is coming from the mass center of the body, which by mentally focusing on it it then generates the energy. To do this with grounding (standing), follows the steps above, accept for this one: you put your consciousness center at your body mass center, and mentally focus both of your body mass and consciousness centers and at a same time. The rest are same, keep focus until your body stops and your consciousness center disappears.
Astral projection:

Follows the steps in sleeping mental focus, with the notices as following:
1) Most of the time you will fall asleep. Sometimes you fall in between asleep and awake state, just keep focusing on your consciousness center until it disappears. If you fall asleep and wake up naturally, your body (spirit) doesn’t feel like to continue because it is finished. Sometimes if you woke up in the middle of night and your body (spirit) would like to continue. As time goes you develop a habit to ask your spirit if want to do it or not till you wake up at the time you need to leave your bed.
2) If you get interruption and have to quit, think to shut your consciousness center down, until your body stops and your consciousness center disappears. Reconfirm by asking your spirit if it has finished.
3) Sometime your body (spirit) doesn’t want to practice. In this case you are unable feel your consciousness center moves. Ask your spirit and it will say it doesn’t want to practice. Sometime even you are not practicing, your body moves when you try to sleep, and the more you relax the more the body moves. Dismiss it, sleep normally like before, or defocus your mind to fall asleep.
4) Environment also limits the practice. Be aware of safety, health and moral.

5) If random thoughts appear, focus the thoughts at consciousness center and they will dissapeared there.
6) You can try to mentally communicate with your spirit during the practice, but you have to focus at consciousness center to do it or else there will be more random thoughts.
Extra tips:
1) You can ask your spirit to plan on where and when to practice.
2) Your bed sheet may interrupt during the practice. Sometime you wake up and find out your bed sheet is aside. During cold day you can wear more to avoid cold.
Lucid dream: Feel the energy flush
Sometime you can get into lucid dream with this practice. In the dream, you can communicate with your spirit as well. Sometime there is a sense of energy flush flushes through your whole body. I do not know if this is useful, but you can focus on it and make it happens. Metaphysics and spirituality suggest that this flushes the bad energy out and does healing.
Application of kriya yoga / spontaneous qigong:

1) Substitute work: Sometime when you feel uncomfortable, you can ask your body to relieve it, like massage or stretching. Other daily activities like taking bath, wearing cloth, cleaning, cooking, eating, drawing and etc. can also apply. This is more like your body is curious to understand everything besides on trying to help you. To do this, put your consciousness center onto the thing you want your body (spirit) to do it for you, stay focus and your body will do it. It will stop and the consciousness center disappears when it is finished.
2) Body needs: The body wouldn’t just want to practice on schedule. Sometime, when you try to feel your consciousness center, it will be there and your body wants to do a bit. Metaphysically and spiritually speaking, this is like your body senses something and want to work on it. Focus on the consciousness center until the body stops and the consciousness center will be gone.
Mental sighting, hearing and senses experiment
1) If you focus on your consciousness center in your brain, you can actually mentally receive image and sound. The consciousness center will be moving inside your mind forming dots, lines and psychokinetic senses, or sound that sounds like speaking. I am not sure what this does, maybe useful for creative art and music works?
2) If you focus your consciousness center around your body, you might actually mentally sense your phantom limbs. Part of this is because when you are practicing, you only focus with your mind and ignore how your body feel, thus you dismiss your phantom limbs. Phantom limbs will usually be adjusted into human form during practice, so that they don’t fall out and influence your daily activity. However, they can be changed into different form by your own will and seemingly influences your emotion. Phantom limbs can be sensed by hands. Focus on the phantom limbs part and when your hand reaches the part you can sense a ------ in your brain.

Spiritual practice is a long life experience, never rush on it, don’t expect too much from it, there is other life to live good.

[Tutorial 02] Body and mental dowsing, without your pendulum!

Body and mental dowsing are actually a communication to your own spirit.
It is instantaneous and more flexible as compared to the pendulum.
What is your own spirit? It is like your another self. There are other names like soul, higherself, subconscious and etc., but aren’t important. It only matters of if you can do it or not. Your spirit will give you its own answer, not of what people have told you.
Before you proceed further to this step, you should first practice and experience the sense of mental focus and psychokinesis in the previous post here . Otherwise, it is hard to understand. Words cannot explain how it really feels, you have to experience it by yourself.
A) Standing mental focus (Kriya yoga / Spontaneous qigong)
What you need:
1) Clean and quiet place. Better with in a closed room or a place that has no people to interfere, because the body may move in a strange way
2) You, better after bath
How to practice:
1) Stand up
2) Mentally focus on your consciousness center.
3) Your body will move. When it does, continue to focus at your consciousness center, until your body stops by
This is nearly identical to the previous Practice A of the pendulum, which is to focus at the pendulum's mass center. However, unlike in pendulum, now you are not focusing at the mass center of your body, but a consciousness center in your mind. Remember when you are focusing at the pendulum’s mass center, although the mass center is physically known, but the act is purely mental, this is same with your consciousness center and you just have to act on it mentally. When you are focusing it right, your body will, just like the pendulum, moves by itself.
However this time, the consciousness center is not a point but rather a mental region. The mental focus here is also similar to tuning a radio. If you can't focus the consciousness center at the first time, try to focus around, left right back front up down. When you sense your body starts moving, lock your mental focus at the location that moves your body, that is your consciousness center.
There is no way to fully describe what this is unless you experience it by yourself. Nobody can tell you where your consciousness center is, you need to feel it yourself.
Alright, maybe, the consciousness center does feel like located inside the head. However, understand this, our mind can actually focus at anywhere therefore it has no real origin.
Sorry, no way to explain this any better, it will be confusing to add more detail.
The key is: Mentally focus at the consciousness center, let the body moves by itself, and let it stops by itself.
B) Sleeping mental focus (Astral projection)
What you need:
1) and 2) Same as above.
3) A bed.
How to practice:
1) Lay down on your bed. Fully relax your body. Forget your body.
2) Mentally focus at your consciousness center.
3) Your body will move by itself and your consciousness center will be moving as well. The movement of the consciousness center has no direct relation to your body movement, ignore your body. Keep focusing at your consciousness center, follow where it goes until it stops. However most of the time you will fall into sleep but that is just fine.
This is also similar to the standing one. The key is to mentally focus at the consciousness center.
The difference is, standing mental focus focuses at a static consciousness center, while the sleeping mental focus focuses at a moving consciousness center.
Wait, static consciousness center on standing mental focus? The detail is at here. When you experience it, you will understand it naturally. The explanation is not priority.
Another thing to note about this moving consciousness center is that it is not really always moving, sometimes it can stay still for a while, or form a cluster of mental region, or spin, or change shape or etc.
Anyway, again, the key of success to this is: Mentally focus at the consciousness center!
It is fine to have thoughts during the practices, just don’t go and focus into them. You don’t want to mess up your mind and develop mental illness.
Only after you have finished the practice, then you can try to recall and think about these weird thoughts are.
Alright, about the spontaneous body movement during the standing mental focus, it is your own spirit attempting to communicate with you through body language. Next, you might have strange dreams on the sleeping mental focus, which is another way of your own spirit to communicate.
In the nut shell, through these two practices, you will naturally try to gasp about yourself with all these body movements and strange dreams. It is your own spirit, your another self in action.
Yes, there are definitely many names and theories about these. Try to look by your own online, search for kriya yoga / spontaneous qigong and astral projection.

You have to have experienced the previous practices in order to do it.
Before that, I am constantly emphasizing on mentally focusing at consciousness center, to keep everything simple.
This time, it will be complicated. If below confuses you, just do the practices in the previous until you get used to them.

A reminder, all these are mental and cannot be fully explained accept by experiencing them yourself.
Remember how you learn about mentally focusing on the mass center of the pendulum;
Which later you develop your sense on this into mentally focusing on your own consciousness center;
They are mental acts that cause the physical movements, on pendulum and on your body;
With these experiences, now you are going to apply them in some more complicated practices.
A) Communicate your own spirit with your body
1) Relax a part of your body. Like your hands, put your hands on a table or your legs or anything else, face your palms up, relax your hands. Or just stand up and fully relax your hand and hanging it freely.
2) Mentally focus at your hands. Think about your moving your left hand as “yes” and your right as “no”.
3) Ask question. For example, have you drink enough water, need to drink or not. Focus on your left hand to feel if it is moving by itself or not, and your right. The answer is what you have set in 2).
That’s all.
It is very short isn’t it? Yes.
Yet it is also seemingly impossible?
No, everyone is able to do it. It is just you need to have the experience and get it.
Without the previous experiences, you will only focus on feeling your hands which will not work. Once you have the experience that there is a consciousness center, you will get it and focus it right to command your body to move by itself. You know there is a difference between focusing on your body or at the consciousness center. Naturally, when you try to ask your body, focus at your hands to see if it can answer your question, you are doing it by focusing on the consciousness center.
Wait, the body is telling the answer? Isn’t it supposed to be the spirit? Well, yes, actually they are both the same. It is just different ways to say it.
Again, this cannot be fully explained, you have to experience and understand it by yourself.
B) Communicate your own spirit with your mind
1) Relax your brain, your thoughts, your consciousness, your emotion etc.
2) Mentally focus at your brain. Think about your brain answer “yes” as ------, and “no” as another ------.
3) Ask question. For example, have you drink enough water, need to drink or not. Focus at your brain on “yes” to feel if there is the ------, and “no” if there is another ------.
That’s all.
I am unable to explain how, what and why the ------ is about. It is just a mental sense inside the brain.
There is nothing complicated here, yet it just sounds strange because people have never experienced it before.
This is not the telepathy like you find in fiction. No, there is no sound ringing inside your head. You have to think about the question and answer and feel what your brain (spirit) has chosen.
1) Both communications can be used at once. The brain communication is more effective but less apparent, you can use your body to double confirm on what you get with your brain.
2) Beside “yes” and “no”, you can have other way of answering with your body and mind. Like, what kind of drink to have? Answer: plain water, warm water, cold water and etc.
3) Sometimes you are not able to get the answer. This is because the answer to your question is not what your spirit wants. You have to think of another answer. Like, what kind of drink to have? > Wash the cup first. You need to learn to be better in associating different ideas.
4) Answers from spirit aren’t always right. This is especially on the rigid way of answering, like always stick to yes and no types of simple answering. Associating different ideas is better.
5) The communication can be disconnected. Just think of disconnecting it and it will not show up again. When this is done, the body will not move by itself, the consciousness center will disappear, until the next time you consciously think to connect to it again. Your spirit will not be able to overwrite this.

[Tutorial 01] Pendulum dowsing basics: Start with your mental focus and psychokinesis!

What is a pendulum (for dowsing)?
It is used with one hand.
It is used for dowsing and communicate with spirit.
Although there are many names on what should be communicated with. I prefer the name “spirit”.
What you need:
1) Something similar to the weight and size of an AA battery. Please use an object that is not hollow in the center, easier to focus.
2) A tiny string, easier for the pendulum to swing.
1+2) Tie the object with the string. Heavy at bottom, light on top, longer part at middle, tie the string firm, so it is more balanced. There you have a pendulum and ready to go!
Practice A: Mental focus, spontaneous psychokinesis
1) Pick up your pendulum’s string with your fingers, elbow on table, still your hand, hang your pendulum in the midair. Let the pendulum be still. You can relax your hand by supporting your hand’s weight with your elbow and have another hand to suport the hand you hold the pendulum, having just your fingers exert force grabbing the string.
2) Stare at your pendulum, focus your mind at its mass center. What is mass center? It is the center of weight of an object in balance, like when you rotate an object there will always be a fixed center for it to spin perfectly in circle.
3) When it starts to move, keep your sight on it, continuously focusing your mind at its mass center. It will swing at the highest and now you can stop.
Do not move your hand.
The mental focus is similar to tuning a radio. If you can't focus the mass center at the first time, try to focus around the middle of the pendulum, left right back front up down. When you sense your pendulum starts moving, lock your mental focus at the location that moves your pendulum, that is its mass center. Keep focusing at it and it will swing higher and hit the highest. 
If you feel tired in your head, you can relax your mind by looking at the pendulum slowly slowing down and stop. 
The spontaneous phsycokineis is like a cosmic movement, you focus and it moves.
Practice B: Directional psychokinesis
1) and 2) Same as above.
3) Use your mind to push the pendulum (precisely on its mass center). Make it swings large and then try to stop it in a sudden with your mind.
If you can sense the mass center of the pendulum, you should also be able to move it psychokinetically. 
If you feel tired in your head, you can relax your mind by looking at the pendulum slowly slowing down and stop. 
1) Do not move your hand. The movement of the pendulum has to be purely mental.
2) Do not focus on whole surface or whole body of the pendulum, you need to focus right on its mass center. There is a sense of mental contact with the mass center when you do it right. Else, you might not be able to do and it won’t move.
Start dowsing!
Through this, you should understand a sense on how your mind can react with the mass center of a pendulum. With that, you can use the pendulum to ask spirit question.
Don’t know where to start?
Easy. Similar to Practice A, focus on the pendulum’s mass center, in addition of holding a question in your mind, or focus your question mentally at the pendulum's mass center.  Ask the pendulum to show a move for “yes” and another for “no”, e.g. "Dear pendulum please show me your yes", "Dear pendulum please show me your no". After that, you basically can ask anything with that pendulum’s yes and no.
You can say it out or just in your mind of your question.
This sums up the basic of what you need to learn in order to communicate with a spirit with a pendulum.
